The blind painter Sergej Popolsin (Vienna, Austria) and the Quadriptych of Evgeny Masloboev (Irkutsk) will carry out an artistic action in a style of ”art-painting”, when the works of art will be made in the visitors presence. The combination of painting and polymusical styles gives an absolute synthesis of arts. The action will take place within the framework of the event ”A Night in the Museum” from 11:00 pm till 00:30 am in the exhibition hall of the Museum of Fine Arts at the Karl-Marx-Street 23.

A Night in the Museum on 19th-20th May 
The non-sleeping inhabitants of Irkutsk were visiting museums.  
… The ”Union of Creators of Russia” has hold an event which was named ”Methods and Ways to Contemplation and Purification of the Soul” at the Department of Sibirian Art (Karl-Marx-Street 23). It took place in the course of the exhibition of paintings ”Lake Baikal” by Vladimir Osipov. 
The programme of the Museum surprised the visitors by showing an extraordinary synthesis of music and painting, sound and colours. The painter Sergej Popolsin, who has lost his eyesight 20 years ago, but didn`t sease his artistic activity, created a wonderful abstract painting. He was working in the middle of the hall being accompanied by the sounds of ethno-jazz-compositions of the Quadryptich of Evgeny Masloboev...
